Sally has been working in the fitness industry for 9 years, with 4 years as a personal trainer at a large Sheffield gym. Through combining
physiotherapy and exercise knowledge she offers detailed exercise programmes for rehabilitation and fitness. Her clients benefit from her expertise in posture and movement analysis, which, in turn ensures you have the correct exercises, alongside correct technique.
Being an extremely successful runner, she has written numerous running plans for 10k, half and full marathons, using which she has achieved top 10 places in several, well known races. She has trained clients using these plans for successful outcomes for Sheffield, Worksop and Nottingham Half along with Edinburgh and London Marathons. To be a successful runner it is quality not quantity of millage that counts!
